Foxboro
Public Schools in Massachusetts have adopted a policy for security
cameras. The school committee voted 4-1 for the policy. Monitors will
be installed in school offices and the video will be fed to the
Foxboro Police Department, where officers can access the video if a
security issue or emergency arises. The video will also be kept for 30
days, erasing automatically after that time. READ

jumped to the bestseller list after revelations about the breadth of

overlooking the corner of Market and Main streets, and a third is

are looking for a suspect or suspects tampered with the air
conditioning units. Janice Clark with the City of Portsmouth, Va.,
said someone climbed onto the roof at Victory Elementary School and
tampered with the air conditioning units. Clark also said they found
three surveillance cameras had been pulled from the school's exterior
walls. The cameras were valued at $225 each. READ

The
Everett County School District of Washington will be installing 400 to
600 new cameras in hallways, parking lots and most other public areas,
but not where individuals would expect privacy like in classrooms,
